The FM busbar trunking system series is designed for three-phase three-wire and three-phase four-wire TN-S power distribution systems, with a rated operating voltage of 660 V or less and a frequency of 50 Hz (or 60 Hz in variable-capacity applications). It supports rated currents ranging from 60 A to 5,000 A. Normal operating conditions

1. For continuous indoor use.

2. The ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40°C, with a lower limit of -10°C.

3. Relative humidity shall not exceed 90% (at an ambient air temperature of +20°C).

4. When special requirements are specified for operating conditions, our factory can manufacture equipment in accordance with such requirements.

Main Technical Parameters

Rated voltage: 660 V.

The rated frequency is 50 Hz (or 60 Hz).

Insulation Resistance: The insulation resistance of each busbar trunking unit shall be not less than 20 ohms. During installation, the user shall verify the insulation resistance prior to installation.

Dielectric strength: Each busbar trunking unit is subjected to a 50 Hz, 3750 V/minute power-frequency withstand voltage test prior to shipment.

Short-circuit strength (ability to withstand short-circuit current): Busbar trunking It shall be capable of withstanding the thermal and electromagnetic stresses induced by the short-time withstand current and the rated peak withstand current specified in Table 2.

A total of nine teams from various departments took part in this competition. After nearly an hour of intense rivalry, the first-, second-, and third-place awards, as well as the Gold Medalist Award, were ultimately presented.


Zhenjiang Ximenzi Conducts EHS Professional Knowledge and Internal Trainer Training

On December 12, Zhenjiang Siemens invited a professional instructor from Shanghai Qian’an Environmental Protection Company to deliver EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) expertise training and internal trainer development sessions. More than 20 participants, including heads and supervisors of the Production Department, equipment administrators, and selected frontline employees, attended the training. The curriculum covered mechanical safety safeguards, hazard identification, and risk assessment, with an introduction to practical tools such as energy control and lockout/tagout procedures. During the session, the instructor enhanced trainees’ understanding of how unsafe behaviors lead to accidents by showing short animated videos on behavioral safety. This training marked the first phase of the company’s EHS program; going forward, Zhenjiang Siemens will implement a comprehensive EHS training plan as scheduled to further elevate the company’s EHS management standards.
